In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, the windows on the Excess Express at night do not reflect Mario properly, as they simply draw another copy of the sprite on the other side of the window without turning it around to face the opposite direction as a normal reflective surface would. The effect resembles Rene Magritte’s 1937 painting “Not to Be Reproduced” (right).
